15 Foods You Shouldn't Live Without

Surprisingly, these 15 "necessary" foods aren't revolting to my tastes. I sort of assumed if it's good for me, it's not going to taste too great. =D But hear hear, these are foods that I eat nearly everyday. Double-trouble!

TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) is an annual conference held at Long Beach where people gather to share something quite invaluable: their ideas. An event that began in 1984, some of the best talks and performances have only recently been unveiled to the public at ted.com. Wii Fit: More than a white thing you stand on!

This is a review on the Wii Fit by Brian Lam, an editor over at Gizmodo.com. As a "formerly fit geek", his review is quite personal which, in my opinion, makes it all the more approachable and stand out amongst the cookie-cutter review style employed by others. I found this to be an informative review from another angle which really shows what the Wii Fit can help people do, and what it can't.
