It seems like all the logos (that I made) have some sort of flaw (which is why I keep making more). The problem with the the one with the person as the "y" is that I'm not sure a new person would recognize it as a "y". Any of my logos can be easily changed, fixed, modified by anyone on the forum (all the .pngs are hosted separately and are completely editable), so feel free to correct things yourself or make suggestions so I can =).
Most of the time I try to separate "hik" from "y" so that people will know that its pronounced "HICK-ee" and not "HI-kee" but I'm not sure whether I pull it off right or if it looks awkward...
The ideal letter to separate is the "i" for a 'web 2.0 look', but doing so really makes it look like "HI-kee" =/.
